Smallcakes in Chesterfield is looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our evening crew!
Requirements:
-Must be 18 years of age or older
-Must be available to work evening and closing shifts, including some nights working independently (Friday & Saturday availability required) open until 7pm weekdays and 8pm Friday/Saturday
-Friendly, dependable, and self-motivated
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
-Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude
-Provide outstanding customer service
-Complete nightly closing procedures
Wash dishes and maintain a clean, organized bakery
-Fill piping bags and assist with bakery prep
Restock displays and supplies
-Perform daily cleaning and sanitation tasks
-Assist with other daily operations to keep the bakery running smoothly
We're looking for someone who is responsible, trustworthy, takes initiative, and can work well both independently and as part of a team. If you enjoy working with people and take pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running efficiently, we'd love to hear from you!
